Frances Glessner Lee is considered to be the mother of modern forensic medicine. But as a young man he thought his future lay in cars  until he stopped at a miniature show to buy his mom a gift, and from there embarked on  a life long career creating miniatures, designing exhibits & miniature museums, teaching, and more.
