Life is just another day at the beach for miniaturist Theresa Parker. She lives near the beach in real life and has built a miniature beach house and waterfront restaurant. We chat about her 3D printing, her "mini-eating" dog Barley, getting featured in mini magazines, and how we both love teal. There is a 3D miniaturist group on Facebook but I felt it was more about the mini fantasy and war stuff than 1/12 dollhouse miniatures. Someone needs to start on for us. Maybe they could hook up with printer companies and make a little on us buying any? Just a thought!

American Miniaturist covers using 3D Printers to make miniatures in a three part article. Recent issues: 227,228 and 229. The first is about Filament, next is Resin and the third part is about Laser cutting and engraving. I want nothing to do with the dangers and work that Resin involves but I suspect Resin produces a better quality. I have purchased some 3D minis on Etsy and they were not quality. The only way I would buy 3D now is in person so I can inspect the quality.

Such a great interview and chat! I especially love the advice you gave about connecting with folks that share your same interest then you won’t be the oddball. Additionally, your right, it definitely help to listen to a podcast about miniatures while crafting miniatures. Yesterday when I was listening to your podcast I was working on a one sixth scale project. 😍 loved it! You always share such amazing conversations
